Alhamdulillah, dapat juga abam kongsi 3 perkara utama dalam menguruskan kelas, iaitu berkaitan urus rekod murid, urus kesediaan belajar dan urus motivasi murid.
Antara yang membantu abam urus murid adalah kena kenal dulu latar belakang murid kita, bina rapport yang baik menerusi banyak cara termasuk pelibatan dalam Ko-Kurikulum serta sifat jenaka yang perlu ada pada guru. Tahu tak, ada kajian bahawa guru yang masuk kelas tak senyum pon dah menggagalkan Komunikasi yang baik antara guru dengan murid!
Yang penting, usaha perbaiki diri dalam menguruskan murid dan kualiti pengajaran adalah usaha berterusan perlu untuk setiap guru. Setiap kali masuk kelas, setiap kali itu jugak lah kita bereksperimentasi dengan murid!
